I believe the intended use for this item is as a calling card tray. Previous owner used it for business cards (perfect!)
total measurement is 4 3/4' by 8 3/4"......glass insert measures 3 1/8" by 4  5/8"
Glass insert has no damage (no chips, no cracks)......Chrome has a bit of pitting. See photos
