Vintage Haviland Limoges Octagonal Open Handle Serving Dish Nabob Bird

Offered for auction is a vintage Limoges Haviland open handled serving dish in the Bird Of Paradise pattern. It is marked Nabob and has the number 23 imprinted. It has multi colored floral motif and heavy gold embellishments. It is approximately 8.5” by 7.5”. There are no chips or cracks. Please see photos.
