This is HAND PAINTED STONE TEDDY BEAR WITH BALLOONS BROOCH!
This pin begins with a dark brown, flat and smooth stone.  The artist "Odette" has painted a light brown detailed Teddy Bear who is holding three balloons; one each in green, yellow and red.
