  • Condition: I'm picky about stuff like this: I don't think you'll be disappointed in the condition, esp. considering the below market price vs. buying new. Ground wire has been connected/shows use and light surface marks (as seen in pictures) but you won't think twice about it once installed. Will come in original box; box is banged-up a bit (as seen in pictures). All 6 "fins" or side sections are intact/attached.

    Description

    I'm a Lutron fanatic.  I must be pushing 50 Lutron devices in my home.
    Originally intended these for bathrooms - dimmer would be for primary lighting while timer would be wired to exhaust fan.
    Ended up going a different route due to the gang box configuration I was working with where I needed the dimmer and timer to each be in their own gang to make things look tidy.
    Final note, if you run into any issue installing these try calling Lutron customer service — they're excellent and there's a good chance they'll send you a replacement if you're not able to sort out any problems you may be experiencing.  Both units are operable as I had both functioning myself.  I've purchased used Lutron before and know how frustrating it can be to not have the full details of what's being purchased.  As I hope you can tell from this description, I care and hope you feel reassured that you're getting good value/sound unit(s) from this listing.
