    This is a beautiful Haviland Limoges 8 1/2 inch seafood plate.  I don't know the pattern name...  It features various sea creatures and plants... It has scalloped edges gold trim... These plates are popular with people looking for replacements and additions to their China place settings.  This one is unusual and popular with collectors.

    The mark is blue mark says "Haviland & Co " HAVILAND & CO over LIMOGES" The green mark is "H&C over FRANCE"
