No chips or cracks.   Beautiful white with blue garland flowers and trimmed in silver scalloped edges. and beautifully shaped lid with knob like top.  Stamped Johann Haviland, Bavaria Germany on the bottom.  I also have a gravy boat of this same pattern with attached underplate.
