This special Irish cheddar is produced by a beloved Irish creamery. Wexford Irish Cheddar can simply be described as scrumptious; it is creamy, textured, buttery, grassy and sweet all at the same time. Made from the milk of Friesian cows from the collection of Wexford’s co-operative farmers, the cheddar is uniquely Irish.
