Elkay LMBAFTLDDLC, Bi-Level ADA Fountain, Filtered, Non-refrigerated, manual op.  This was a customer return.  The item is as new, never installed, but for Ebay purposes, the item is Seller Refurbished. However, the buyer returned the item completely covered, every square inch, with packing tape.  It was a POOR grade of tape and left most of the adhesive on the units.  After 3 days of intensive cleaning, this item was ready to pack.  The only chemical used to remove the adhesive, was Goo Gone.  One of the plastic under panels did sustain minor discoloration and spotting, from the Goo Gone.  As it is underneath the basin and actuators, it is never seen.  The shipping box had also been covered completely with tape and was discarded as there was no way to repair or use it.  New, BETTER than Original, support inserts were also created and used.  Elkay has ceased production of this particular model and now only has refrigerated models in this line (LMABFT).  MSRP: ,555.  Installation requires an active drain, the filter unit has to be installed, and a water source tapped.  The unit requires NO ELECTRICITY!  Professional installation is recommended.  The provided installation manual is for the refrigerated model, but is entirely usable, just ignore the refrigerated steps.  This is a very good, simple, functional model, that should provide years of reliable service.  Shipping Information: 21"L x 21"W x 35"H, at 56 lb.  THIS IS ITEM #401-MV15.
