) Cooper 274W-BOX WHITE Combination Single Pole Switch-Receptacle 15A 120V 2 Pole 3 Wire Grounding device.   This space saving combination switch/receptacle has a break-off provision for wiring both devices on the same or
separate
circuits. The toggle switch on this device also has a small neon pilot/status light immediately below the toggle.
