For sale is a nifty Chase chrome ball shaker...this is the large size from the corn/pancake set...in very good condition.

Just under 3" tall. Marked with the Chase centaur on the underside. The perforations form the shape of a star. Russel Wright designed these spherical shakers for Chase in the 1930's. Striking art deco form. See the photos for the appearance, mark and condition which is very good as noted. Don't believe it was ever used with salt, at least...there's no corrosion. Largely scratch and blemish free. See the photo of the bit of shelf wear at one little spot on the base, a scratch. The rest of the surface is amazingly clean. Threaded base works great.
