Description
Lovely Antique GDA France, CH Field Haviland Limoges ramekin and underplate, around 1900.The pattern of beautiful pink, blue flowers. Both pieces have scalloped edges with gold trim, ribs giving them a flower shape.
Measures: The underplate is 5-3/8" across. The ramekin is 1-1/2 inches in height and
3-3/4" in diameter.
Both pieces are in wonderful condition without chips, cracks, just some wear in gilt is due with age.
Have
2 marks on the bisque bottom of the ramekin and the underplate.
The Mark C-5 is in green GDA (Gerard, Dufraisseix & Abbot) identifier for work from 1900. The Mark C-8 is a circle painted in red underglaze. Inside the circle is another circle, and between the two circles is the writing: "Ch. Field Haviland Limoges". Any piece with this mark was made from 1862 in Limoges
