Antique 14K Vanburen wrist watch all 14k gold watch band scrap or repair

This is for a Vanburen wristwatch-it has 2 small diamonds and 4 small sapphires-it is marked 14k on the inside of the case-and also the band is marked 14k-it is all 14k gold-as far as the condition-the glass face piece is cracked -small piece is broke but there and also it does not work-the winder still works and i turned it a couple of times and looked and it moved for a second and then quit -i did not wind it anymore-the face looks dirty but did not want to clean due to not knowing how and not wanting to damage it any more than the dirt that is on it-i just picked this up at a estate sale-i wiped the dust off and that is it-it is being sold as is-i am not selling for scrap weight even tho it has some damage with a little repair it would be a great watch-the only thing i know about it- the lady said it was her grandmas and thats about it-but the family has lived in my small town forever and a day-they owned local business and were part of the community for years and years-it really is a heirloom but she did not want it-i know it is antique but i do not the exact age-i also weighed it without the movement piece and i have a antique gold scale and it says about 11 grams or so again not selling for scrap weight anyways-please ask if you have any questions at all and so sorry my pictures are not all that great-i tried so many times and then got frustrated lol anyways will try and get some better ones but it really is a nice old piece- thanks for looking also feel free to make a offer
