Priority Mail = USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.
In the event that an insured item is received damaged the buyer MUST take the item, packaging and a copy of the eBay order to their local post office and file a damage claim. This is a USPS policy and it supersedes any and all eBay policies. This includes any and all Priority Mail shipments.

Restocking fees
If you charge a
restocking fee
for returns, you may only ask for a reasonable amount.
You may not charge restocking fees for items returned due to damage, defects, or not-as-described in the listing.
Therefore as per eBay’s published policy we are reinstating our 20% restocking fee for buyer’s remorse (changed mind) and wrong part ordered.
