"Deuce and a Quarter" Buicks have a strong following, but admittedly, this is probably going to be the coolest example you'll ever see. Yes, it's dark green over tan and has 4 doors, but that's pretty much where the comparisons to your Grandfather's old Electra stop. The epitome of a 'sleeper', this out-of-this-world 1968 Buick Electra 225 Restomod features a nicer paint job than it had when it was new, a high-end Peanut Butter leather interior stuffed with loads of goodies, a full air-ride suspension, and a MONSTER 6.0L LS2 V8 punctuated with a Whipple Twin-Screw Supercharger. Built by the pros at Mo's Speed Shop (in fact, Mo had it built it for himself), it's one of those wild builds that seems more like a fever dream than an actual, real car.
225s are restored fairly often, but usually in coupe or convertible form and almost never to this high of a level, making this 'Eccentric Eclectic Electra' a bonafide custom creation that only people operating on a different wavelength can truly understand and appreciate. If you're one of those special, unique minds that can see this beauty for what it really is (a much-needed break from the norm), then stop reading and pick up the phone to buy the coolest, cleanest, and fastest 4-door vintage cruiser on the market today. The paint color should be familiar to Corvette fans – Polo Green borrowed from the C4 color chart. It was professionally applied by C&H Motorsports about a year ago when the car was built, and those boys did a great job with all that real estate. It's obvious they started with a very clean and solid car to begin with, so not much bodywork (if any) was required, and when they laid down the finish it's as if they stretched it tight over those long panels and big doors. Metallic flake in the finish really helps it sparkle, and the depth, clarity, and overall lustrous presentation looks amazing in person. There aren't many imperfections to speak of, which is pretty rare when describing an Electra, and if it wasn't for a little bubbling on the passenger's side quarter panel we'd dare call it show quality. The front grilles are gorgeous, the creases on the fenders are sharp, and the fins out back remind everyone that it was the finest year Electra ever built. The chrome bumpers and brightwork absolutely glistens – a perfect contrast to the dark finish, and the headlights, glass, and badges are clear and unblemished, further proof that nothing was overlooked in this build.
Open those big doors and reveal the cavernous interior where Showtime Upholstery worked their magic to turn bland into beautiful. Supple yet firm Peanut Butter leather upholstery covers the bench seats fore and aft, the custom center console, the giant dashpad, and the deliciously ornate door panels. Everything inside was covered in high-end materials, from the suede headliner up top to the plush carpets on the floors, and the cabin feel practically new. Factory gauges sit behind crystal clear lenses inside the beautiful dash and keep a close eye on the monster under the hood, a billet steering wheel was mounted atop a tilt column to add a little spark inside, and a Classic Auto Air A/C unit was discreetly installed so as not to take away from the stock feel up front. Obviously, the mini center console is an aftermarket piece, but it blends in seamlessly with the dash thanks to matching leather hides, and it brings the cabin into the modern world with a USB port, cup holders, a JVC multi-media head unit, and a couple auxiliary gauges that monitor the air-ride system below. Other options include power windows, matching floormats, an electric e-brake, seatbelts, and an upgraded speaker system that absolutely kicks. Out back, the trunk was finished to match with tan carpets and hidden panels that house upgraded speakers, a couple Kicker subwoofers, and cleverly hide all the equipment for the EZ-Air air-ride system.
The high-powered, all-aluminum 6.0L LS2 V8 under the hood obviously wasn't factory-issue, but it's a neat fit in the engine bay nevertheless. Fuel-injected and packing huge horsepower and plenty of torque thanks to the attached Whipple Twin Screw Supercharger, it transforms this otherwise mild-mannered grocery-getter into a genuine sleeper that's capable of tangling with almost anything in a street race. Thankfully, it was smartly tuned to be driven with regular commuting in mind, so it's very manageable and pulls the heavy land yacht down the road with great aplomb. A modern wiring harness, Air Raid cold-air intake, serpentine belt system, and giant aluminum radiator with dual electric fans ready the Buick for the modern road, and it has the power, dependability, and road manners to be driven daily, which was the entire point of the build. A 4L60E automatic with overdrive transmission was swapped-in with that same thought in mind, while upgraded power steering and power front disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors make this Buick easy for anyone to handle. Underneath, there's an H-pipe dual exhaust system with dual mufflers and a pair of extra resonators that provide a terrific soundtrack, but it's not so overpowering that your neighbors will want to move away. And the aforementioned EZ-Air air-ride suspension is a 4-channel system that can raise or lower the car at every corner, setting a regular ride height for everyday cruising or a slammed stance when you want to be seen. A flashy set of Truespoke wire wheels with Buick spinners finish off the build perfectly, and they come wrapped in a killer set of 235/70/15 Vogues that will make every Cadillac green with envy.
Simply put, there's not another "Deuce and a Quarter" like this anywhere. If you're a fan of the wild, fast, and the little bit weird, then this sleeper Buick 225 Restomod is for you. Call today!

    Terms & Conditions
We recognize the need for complete transparency when buying/selling vehicles on eBay. That said, we did not build, modify, or have the luxury of personal ownership that would give us the advantage of knowing all unknown aspects of each vehicle. Transparency is king and we're happy to try and answer ALL questions our customers might have prior to purchasing. Additionally, we welcome and encourage independent inspections (see Inspection statement below).
    FEES
: A documentation fee of 9 will be added to the purchase price at the time of sale. Sale price does not include any Title, License, Registration, State or Local Taxes or Processing Fees. We recommend you familiarize yourself with your individual state's taxes, transfer, or additional fees.
    AVAILABILITY
: Please inquire prior to purchase to assure any advertised vehicle is not already sold. We advertise across multiple platforms where a vehicle can sell in a moment's notice. Vehicles may be sold prior to eBay listing end, and we reserve the right to end listings early or to cancel bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.
    CONTACT
: Note that you may hear from us after to the sale, but if you are a winning bidder, click a Buy-It-Now, or we accept your eBay Offer, it is your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours.
    INSPECTION
: VERY IMPORTANT. If a buyer chooses to buy sight unseen (many of our buyers choose this option) the buyer accepts the vehicle AS-IS and understands we cannot address concerns post sale. For this reason, it's important all concerns are addressed prior to purchase. We make every effort to present accurate and reliable information, but use of this information is voluntary, and should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer to verify the existence of options, accessories and the vehicle condition before time of sale.
    PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable 0 deposit within 48 hours of winning or commitment to purchase. Full payment is required within 7 days of offer acceptance unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. If deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said timeframe, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered void. For balance of payment we will accept bank wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, or personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears). We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.
    SHIPPING
: We have access to a network of private and commercial carriers. Most of them can deliver the vehicle to your driveway and upon your schedule. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper's custody. Buyers are welcomed to trailer vehicles home and we are happy to have everything ready to see you off with your new vehicle.
    DRIVE IT HOME
: If you plan to buy and drive home, please keep some things in mind. Anything is possible when it comes to a vehicle, especially a classic or antique one. We recommend transporting all vehicles to your home first, then driving it locally. Get to know the vehicle and its tendencies before embarking on a long-distance trip. If you choose to drive your new vehicle home, buyer accepts all responsibility as we are unable to control what may take place once it leaves our facility.
    DOCUMENTS & VEHICLE TITLE
: All purchase documents are sent immediately upon purchase. To avoid delays, we recommend returning any required documents within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow up to 30 days for vehicle titles. Usually titles are available sooner, we ask for the extra time in the event there are unforeseen circumstances.
    VIN VERIFICATION
: We photograph the primary VIN location of every vehicle and make sure that VIN exactly matches the vehicle's current title. Buyer agrees to hold seller harmless from any disputes arising from other hidden or secondary VINs present on the vehicle as seller only verifies the primary VIN location. If needed, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify secondary VIN locations their specific state may inspect, prior to purchase.
    MILEAGES
: Occasionally our vehicles may be driven or simply moved around our facilities. Slight differences may occur so we recommend you confirm actual and current miles prior to purchase.
    CONDITION
: We cover the obvious and do our best to describe our vehicles in detail. Even so, please have a transparent conversation with us before purchasing. Do be aware that all pre-owned vehicles, regardless of age, mileage, or manufacturer are subject to cosmetic wear and mechanical failure. Finally, be advised that although our sales associates are here to assist you with your purchase, they are not trained or certified vehicle inspectors.
    AS-IS
: All vehicles are sold "AS IS" and with no warranties expressed or implied. If you choose to waive inspection, do plan to have a detailed and transparent conversation with us regarding the vehicle's condition. Ask the hard questions up front. Please just call us, we are here to help and welcome all your questions!
